Naehali graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012. She completed her vocational training as part of the London Deanery, however she then spent 5 years in Yorkshire where she worked in General Practice and took on a position at the University of Leeds as a Clinical Teaching Fellow in Restorative Dentistry teaching undergraduate students. Since 2017 she has settled in High Wycombe with her husband to be close to her family.
Naehali is dedicated to postgraduate training and has successfully passed her Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS). She has completed a 1-year Advanced Restorative Dentistry course with Paul Tipton at Tipton Training and has also completed a 6-month training position in hospital in the oral surgery and maxillofacial department. Most recently she has completed a Diploma in Periodontology with this being a special interest of hers.
Naehali has an interest in Restorative Dentistry, specifically the Periodontal and Restorative interface (gum and tooth interface) and is able to use all her skills and training to help her patients achieve a functional, healthy and beautiful smile. Naehali creates plans not only treating teeth but emphasising prevention and spending time with patients tailoring plans to each patients’ specific needs and working around any anxieties they may have. Her goal is always to provide the best possible care tailored to each individual patient.
Outside of work Dr Shah enjoys spending time with friends and family and is always partial to a good documentary series. She used to swim competitively however she now uses swimming as a way to relax and keep fit.
